I specialize in technical due diligence and inspection services from tiny studios and family houses to large-scale Baroque mansions or Art Nouveau châteaux. Diagnosis of failures, cracks, distortions, high humidity, insulation problems, damp floors, ceiling, wall and roofs defects, estimation of costs, etc.
